DHR Learning Briefs

The aim of a Learning Brief is to help front-line practitioners become familiar with some of the issues identified in local DHRs. Each Learning Brief focuses on one case and summarises the findings from a full DHR.

Here are the Learning Briefs that have been written for some of the DHRs that have been carried out in Derbyshire.
