Domestic abuse and MARAC referrals

First, you must complete a Safe Lives DASH risk assessment. If the score is:

• 14 or above, a MARAC referral is required
• less than 14, but there are significant concerns in your professional judgement, a MARAC form is required, with your concerns identified
• less than 14, complete the domestic abuse referral form
